NO FORMAL complaint has been made to Cornwall Council regarding Simon Rix's actions.

However, the council has been informed of Luxulyan Parish Council's vote of no confidence.

A council spokesman said: "Cornwall Council has no influence over the way in which a parish council votes.

"No complaint has been received in relation to this matter."

The spokesman added that the parish council was advised that if it wished to discuss this further it should contact a member of Cornwall Council's Governance team.
