MEMBERS of Wadebridge Inner Wheel have presented a wheelchair to the town's memory café.

The gift marked the 90th anniversary of the formation of the organisation in 1924 and the presentation was also made in memory of Jo Hooper, a past president of Wadebridge Inner Wheel and former district chairman, who died in 2013.

The wheelchair belonged to Mrs Hooper, and her daughter Jacqui was pleased to fulfil her mother's wish that it be donated.

Meetings of the memory café take place on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month at St Breock School, and people living with dementia and their carers are welcome to attend.

Contact Paul Brocklebank on 01208 814942.
