POSSESSION of an extreme pornographic image has led to a fine for a 46-year-old Menheniot man.
Tony Cummings, of Home Park, appeared before Bodmin magistrates on October 16 to admit the offence, committed on January 17.
He was fined £415 with £85 costs and a £15 surcharge and an order was made that all the material seized should be forfeited and destroyed under the terms of the Obscene Publications Act 1959.
