Drug and gun crime

DRUGS offences and a firearms offence committed on October 23 have led to a £400 fine with £80 costs and a £20 victim surcharge for a Bodmin man.

At the town's magistrates' court on Tuesday last week Mark Edwards, aged 53 and of Queens Crescent, pleaded guilty to possessing diazepam with intent to supply it, possessing 1.10g of cannabis and having a Schermuly pistol rocket apparatus without a firearm certificate.
