Red Marshall-Stevens, who was 8 at the time of the Scholastic Read Me Best Books competition, was named overall winner for his review of Lutey And The Mermaid by Will Coleman.

The judges also loved Daniel Lindsey's review of Terrific Trains by Tony Mitton.

Aged 4 when he wrote the review, Tony was awarded a runner-up prize of ten books for his school.

Judges said they were very impressed with the vocabulary choices that Red made when writing his review. His prize was 50 books for the school.
