THINGS are looking good for the future of Wadebridge Town Football Club, if the talent in their Under 15 and Under 16 squads is anything to go by.

The youngsters held their annual presentation at the Bodieve Park clubhouse and officials of the Bridgers were delighted with the excellent turn-out.

Under 15 manager Chris Butters said: "It's great to see the youngsters at this sort of event, and we hope they see their futures with the club, progressing through the age groups.

"We would like to thank Proper Cornish for supporting the evening, and we would also like to praise all the sponsors who donated prizes for the raffles.

"Without the help and backing of local business a club like ours can't hope to thrive – but as the presentation evening proved, we are thriving."
