JAMIE FREEMAN, 34, of Fernleigh Lane, Wadebridge, pleaded guilty to driving with 73 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath – the limit being 35 – when he appeared before Bodmin magistrates last week.

He was fined £110 with a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs, as well as being banned from driving for 20 months.

This would be reduced by 20 weeks if he completes an approved course.
